Terms and Conditions
1. The website
saojoaonosso.pt is the directory of local shops in São João da Madeira, promoted by the Associação Comercial de São João da Madeira (ACSJM), headquartered at Avenida Doutor Renato Araújo, 433, 3700-244 São João da Madeira, Portugal, in partnership with the Comércio Nosso platform and with the support of São João da Madeira City Council. By using the website you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Store information
The information about each store (contacts, opening hours, address, texts and images) is provided by the store itself or gathered with its help. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but opening hours, prices and availability may change without notice — please check with the store before visiting or ordering.
3. Orders
São João Nosso does not sell products: it showcases them. The "Order" button sends your request (name, phone and email) to the store, which contacts you to confirm it. The order, price, payment, delivery, invoicing, returns and warranty are agreed directly between you and the store, which is the seller and is responsible to you under applicable consumer law. Prices shown on product cards are indicative and may have changed.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of the website belong to ACSJM, Comércio Nosso or the participating stores, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Each store's trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Liability
ACSJM is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, interruptions to its operation, outdated information provided by the stores, or the content of third-party websites linked from it.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
For a complaint about a purchase, please contact the store first; every store has a Complaints Book (also available online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt). In a consumer dispute you may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body — the list is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt). About the website, contact us: .
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Aveiro have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
