São João Nosso promotes local commerce in São João da Madeira through a network of digital presences distributed and aggregated around an interactive tile. This project, born out of a partnership between the Associação Comercial de São João da Madeira and the Comércio Nosso platform, with the support of the City Council, is a pioneering project to leverage and digitize traditional commerce.

São João Nosso | Comércio Nosso is aimed at boosting local commerce, seeking to reverse consumption trends and contribute to the preservation of the collective and cultural memory of places, the sustainability of local businesses and the socioeconomic dynamism of São João da Madeira.
Who is it for?
We provide a city experience based on an innovative marketing tool that generates a direct relationship from the street to the world, suitable for restaurants and cafés, clothing stores and haberdashery, hairdressers and jewelers, in short, all local proximity trade, exclusively for brands created in Portugal.
What is it?
The smart tile combines the familiarity of the traditional sign with the potential of mobile devices. An interactive signage shaped into an iconic object of Portuguese culture with augmented reality technology that directs you to a page, dedicated and exclusive to the business, with all the useful information, image gallery, social tools and the history of the house in Portuguese and English.
In this way, traders access the digital world and those who already have a presence in it can reinforce it through multiple channels.
